Gods pure and holy Name is Jehovah, Jahovah, Yahuwah or Yahweh. The Bible reveals Gods Name JHWH or JHVH in Hebrew יהוה

Children of Light stand for truth Ephesians 5:8b,9.

Gods pure and holy Name is Jehovah, Jahuwah or Yahweh.
The Bible reveals Gods Name JHWH or JHVH in Hebrew יהוה

Jehovah God = ha-`Elo-him´ - JHWH or YHWH יהוה - = the GOD.
His name appears almost 7,000 times in the Bible - no other name is so often mentioned than Jehovah in the original Hebrew text.

Why has Christendom replaced and/or omitted Gods Name in their Bibles – Jehovah - Jahuwah
JHWH or YHWH יהוה ???

I compare this kind of stuff what Christendom has done to Gods Name - to omit and/or to replace it by titles - is to take away one of the foundation corner stones of a Faith-Building - and the whole structure will collapse in itself.

What the NIV did - did in Germany the Protestant Church with her Bible - the Elberfelder Bible and even in her Songbook - omitting and replacing = what they did - you can find only one Religion in our World supporting Gods personal Name - Jehovah - (Isa. 43) and that are Jehovah’s Witnesses.

We read in the Bible from the Almighty God – Jehovah God.

God means Mighty one – and it is a title – Almighty is only one God – J[Y)hw[v]h Elohim – Jehovah God.

In Hebrew Elohim shows there is more about with God – Elohim means literal Gods but here it is used to show his majesty, wisdom and power - the so called majesty plural.

Ha-Elohim is referred in the Bible only to Jehovah God.

Let us discuss this subject a little bit further, because it is vital for us to use Gods personal name for salvation.

Romans 10 brings out this vital point for salvation, please look here and read with me:

"For everyone who calls on the name of Jehovah will be saved. However, how will they call on him in whom they have not put faith? How, in turn, will they put faith in him of whom they have not heard? How, in turn, will they hear without someone to preach (and/or teach)?”

There you can see that I come into the scene to do it and many others with me.

And now we come to Proverbs 18:10, where it says Jehovah is a strong tower for us and will protect us.

Gods name can protect us from every evil and demonic attack but not as a spell so to speak. If we put our total trust and confidence in Jehovah God by Jesus Christ and then he will do what he has promised:

"The name of Jehovah is a strong tower. Into it the righteous runs and is given protection."

So, Gods name is Hebrew and is coming from the oldest pronunciation of the Hebrew language and nobody of today knows the real pronunciation - it is lost.
We don't know exactly which vowels come between J and H, between H and V and between V and H - the last H is mute.

Gods Name (YHWH or JHVH) is written and spoken in three syllables (and not only by two – like Yahweh) and is known as the Tetragrammaton the four letters, because the Hebrews only write the consonants without the vowels.

The past, the present and the future - all time functions are included in Gods name.

For this reason we pronounce him Jehovah – because it is the oldest form of Gods name and worldwide in use – in almost all languages written and pronounced Jehovah - in German Jehova, Yehehua in Chinese and Jehovah in English a.s.o. – and so we stick to this pronunciation.

"I am the Alpha and the Omega, says Jehovah God, the One who is and who was and who is coming, the Almighty."

Jahweh or Yahweh has only two syllables and for this reason it can't be the right pronunciation of the name of the true God - according to my own opinion.

Is Jehovah God (Elohim) the tribal God of the Jews only?

NOOO he said - he is also the God of all people of the Nations and of the whole World - he himself says it in his Word - the Holy Bible.

Because Jehovah is the Creator of mankind, of Heaven and Earth and of everything even.

Yes, Jehovah God is the supreme God of all the so called and self made Gods in Heaven and on Earth.

He is not man made so to speak, but he is the only true God and has given to himself this precious and worthy name outstanding in the whole universe and even not to be compared with any other name being given in Heaven and on Earth.
It is really amazing, true and to bow down to him, that is the only reaction what you have to do to him.

Psalm 138 says:
"I shall bow down toward your holy temple,
And I shall laud your name,
Because of your loving-kindness and because of your trueness.
For you have magnified your saying even above all your name.
On the day that I called, you also proceeded to answer me;
You began to make me bold in my soul with strength.
All the kings of the earth will laud you, O Jehovah,
For they will have heard the sayings of your mouth.
And they will sing about the ways of Jehovah,
For the glory of Jehovah is great.
For Jehovah is high, and yet the humble one he sees;
But the lofty one he knows only from a distance.
If I should walk in the midst of distress, you will preserve me alive.
Because of the anger of my enemies you will thrust out your hand,
And your right hand will save me."

YHWH = also JHVH because the Y in Hebrew is pronounced in English as well in German as J.

And so we can pronounce Gods personal Name like Jehovah God.
In Chinese he is written Yehehua and the pronunciation is also very similar to German.
The Chinese Language has a J and a Y in her vocabulary, but the J cannot be used, because the pronunciation is not in line with the Hebrew form of pronunciation.
In other words to use Y is correct and is very similar to the German J.

And the w is pronounced in his holy and pure name in English as well in German in the way how we pronounce v the sound is only a little bit deeper.
And this is the reason why we can write Jehovah and Jahovah.
And the last letter h is at the end of his name and has no influence in his holy pronunciation, and this is the reason why the Germans write Gods name at the end without h also not Jehovah like in English but in the manner of Jehova in German.

Gods personal name is holy and unique and different than any other Name under the Heaven and in Heaven even.
Jesus or Yehohshua or Jehoshua means Jehovah is Salvation.

Jesus Christ points to his heavenly Father and says he is more than I'm and he is the only one who will bring salvation by me and through me, because Jehovah has appointed me to do it.
He is initiated by Jehovah God himself to do it - to perform it - to accomplish it - and nobody can prevent him in doing it even Satan the Devil is powerless and nothing in comparison to him.

Jesus glorified Jehovah his Father on Earth, has made known his name, so when he says in his prayer directed to his heavenly father Jehovah God.
And in this way he taught us the Lordsprayer:
"Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified."
or KJV says:
"Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name."

The application is we have to use Gods personal name and we should treat Gods name as holy like Jesus did it - and I do it too.
Jesus didn't pray to himself, but he prayed to his heavenly Father Jehovah God.
He didn't talk to himself, so he is the son of Jehovah but not Jehovah himself.
As the son of him, it is naturally not to say so often Jehovah, but rather Father so as we do to our parents.
And this is the reason, why we don't find in the Gospels of Jesus Christ so often Gods name but very often that Jesus addressed him: Father.

God is just a title.
Like Mister, King, Doctor or Lord and so on.
The title God can be referred to many Persons and Spirits.
That is actually in harmony with the Bible - Gods Word.

See and look up for instance:
Psalm 86:8
"There is none like you among the gods, O Jehovah,
Neither are there any works like yours."
Psalm 82:6
"God is stationing himself in the assembly of the Divine One;
In the middle of the gods he judges:
I myself have said, YOU are gods,
And all of YOU are sons of the Most High."
1. Corinthians 8:5, 6
"For even though there are those who are called gods, whether in heaven or on earth, just as there are many gods and many lords, there is actually to us one God the Father, out of whom all things are, and we for him; and there is one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things are, and we through him."

And for these reasons we have to use Gods personal Name in the common way how it is pronounced in your language.

Jehovah (Jahuwah) is the only true God, he is God the Almighty.
Jesus is called also a God, but not the only true God according John 1:1 and 17:3.
And now let us come to Exodus 3:

Ehjéh aschér ehjéh and ehjéh does not mean: I am that I am.
It is this meaning as you can see here:
I SHALL PROVE TO BE WHAT I SHALL PROVE TO BE.
Because many overlook the other "ehjéh"

And the correct translation means:
"Nevertheless, Moses said to the true God: Suppose I am now come to the sons of Israel and I do say to them, The God of your forefathers has sent me to you, and they do say to me, What is his name? What shall I say to them? At this God said to Moses: I SHALL PROVE TO BE WHAT I SHALL PROVE TO BE. And he added: This is what you are to say to the sons of Israel, I SHALL PROVE TO BE has sent me to you. Then God said once more to Moses:
This is what you are to say to the sons of Israel, Jehovah the God of your forefathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is my name to time indefinite, and this is the memorial of me to generation after generation. You go, and you must gather the older men of Israel, and you must say to them, Jehovah the God of your forefathers has appeared to me, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, saying: I will without fail give attention to you and to what is being done to you in Egypt. And so I say, I shall bring you up out of affliction by the Egyptians to the land of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites, to a land flowing with milk and honey."

Jehovah (Jahuwah) or YHWH (JHVH) has the literal meaning:
"I shall become" or "I shall prove to be".
All three time-tenses - the past, the present and the future are included in his outstanding and unique name - JHWH or יהוה Elohim or Jehovah God.
So, we can see, Gods name Jehovah is connected with his almighty and everlasting being, existing and purpose.

In other word, Jehovah will accomplish everything what is in line with his own purpose - that he will fulfil in due time or in other words when ever he wants to accomplish it, for instance Matthew 6 the Lords Prayer and this will be also very soon.
He can be, what ever he wants to be.
In this regard, he wanted to become for Israel a deliverer, savior and a leader to the promised land.

But for the Egyptians he became a destroyer and a mighty judge for them, because they did not listen to him and to Moses - that is what he knew in before hand - and they had to be judged and to be destroyed by him through his mighty Archangel Michael.

The conclusion is:
There is no contradiction, when we speak and talk about many Gods for instance Pagan Gods but they are no real Gods in the sense to protect and to save us like what Jehovah God became to the Israelites.

But there is only one true God Jehovah with his name and only one true Lord Jesus Christ for true and genuine Christians whose Witnesses they are (John 17:3,6; Acts 1:8; Rev. 12:10; 19:10).

The apostle Paul loved Jesus Christ too:

You can find Gods Name in many other Hebrew names.
For instance:
Jesus or Jehoschua (Je) = Jehovah is Salvation.
Jeremiah (Je) = Jehovah Exalts.
Jesaja (Je) = Salvation from Jehovah.
Jehoiakim (Je); Jehoshaphat (Je); Jehosheba (Je); Jehonadab; Jehonathan; Jehoram; Jehoiakim; Jehohanan and so on and so on.

You see, so many Hebrew names including Jehovah, their God and this is more correct than any other form of pronunciation.

Jehovah God is only one God see Deuteronomy Chapter 6:
"Listen o Israel (listen you too): Jehovah our God is one Jehovah."

If you accept Gods name, then you will have it easier to get a personal relationship to him and you can consider him like Jesus as your real Father in all life situations what you will ever face in your whole life here on our earth.
And you will reject the old pagan doctrine of Trinity.
And these points are vital for survival spiritually, mentally and physically see again Proverbs 18:10 and Psalm 91.

Say with me and join me, when I repeat these wonderful words from Moses:

"I will say to Jehovah: You are my refuge and my stronghold,
My God, in whom I will trust."

May Jehovah God bless us through Jesus Christ our Lord, everyone who believes in them (John 14:1).
